P-4 : Outra tentativa...

Bem, minha primeira tentativa em fazer os painéis externos, perfeitos, falhou, então tive que pensar numa segunda técnica...

Como eu já tinha gasto algum $$ com a fibra de vidro, resolvi utilizar do mesmo material, para fazer os painéis, mas agora, iria fazer 2 camadas em fibra, depois revestir com massa de poliéster , depois primer e por último, tinta branca.

Fiz vários triângulos e a qualidade ficou melhor que eu esperava, porem cada peça era muito espessa e pesada e infelizmente apresentava , entre elas, diferenças nas medidas e na qualidade.

Já os paineis circulares, era mais dificil ainda, conseguir uma boa qualidade final, devido aos desenhos e pequenos detalhes que cada peça requeria.

Foram várias semanas de trabalho e aproximadamente R$ 150,00 em materiais, incluindo tintas, massas, lixas e outros.

Pela segunda vez, tive que descartar toda a técnica e material.

Vamos para a terceira tentativa....

Another attempt ...

Well, my first attempt at making the outer panels failed, so I had to think of a second technique ...

As I had already spent some $$ with fiberglass, I decided to use the same material to make the panels, but now, I would make 2 layers of fiber, then coat with polyester paste, then primer and finally white paint .

I made several triangles and the quality was better than I expected, but each piece was very thick and heavy and unfortunately had, among them, differences in measurements and quality.

Already the circular panels, it was more difficult still, to obtain a good final quality, due to the drawings and small details that each piece required.

There were several weeks of work and approximately $ 150.00 in materials including paints, pastes, sandpaper and others.

For the second time, I had to discard all the technique and material.

Let's go for the third try ....
