P-6 : Imprimindo...

bem, eu já tinha o BB estático e quase perfeito, porem não era isso que eu queria, desde o início.

Mas todas as tentativas de fazer os paineis foram frustradas.

A solução foi, algo que eu deveria ter feito desde o início e antes de começar este projeto, adquirir uma impressora 3D.

Comprei uma Prusa I3 clone, na Amazon. Demorou várias semanas para receber o produto, mas recebi.

Montei tudo em uma noite e no dia seguinte já estava imprimindo alguns testes.

Quando comecei a imprimir as partes dos triangulos externos, um outro BB Maker (Angelo´s design) disponibilizou os arquivos para fazer a inner body do BB, totalmente impresso, com a vantagem desse body servir tanto para drives no estilo hamnster como para outros tipos de drives.

Isso me deixou mais animado, pois a bola de fibra de vidro não estava perfeita e eu sabia que eu encontraria problemas futuros, caso eu resolvesse utiliza-la.

Então resolvi imprimir tanto o inner body quanto as partes externas.

Foram longos meses de muito aprendizado, madrugadas inteiras, muitos rolos de ABS perdidos e muita impressão.

I already had the BB static and almost perfect, but that's not what I wanted from the beginning.

But all attempts to make the panels were thwarted.

The solution was, something I should have done right from the beginning and before starting this project, get a 3D printer.

I bought a Prusa I3 clone, on Amazon. It took several weeks to get the product, but I received it.

I set it all up one night and the next day I was printing some tests.

When I started to print the parts of the external triangles, another BB Maker (Angelo's design) made the files available to make BB's fully printed inner body, with the advantage of this body serving both hamnster and other types of drives of drives.

This made me even more excited because the fiberglass ball was not perfect and I knew I would find future problems if I chose to use it.

So I decided to print both the inner body and the outer parts.

They were long months of much learning, whole dawns, many lost ABS rolls and a lot of printing.
