P-8 : Eletrônica !

Com todo o corpo interno impresso, porem antes de fazer os painéis e triângulos externos, resolvi dar um descanso para a impressora e para mim.

E então, comecei a pensar no drive interno, que desde o inicio do projeto, eu queria que fosse baseado no sistema hamnster.

Fiz vários desenhos e testes, então comprei barras de alumínio, motores, circuitos eletrônicos, etc

Para as rodas omni, resolvi imprimi-las e usar partes de um tubo de borracha. Essa parte foi difícil de fazer, mas pelo menos, economizei bastantes, pois essas rodas sao bem caras.

Entao, consegui fazer o primeiro teste com o drive, porem utilizei a bola feita com fibra de vidro, para tal teste.

Foi uma grande decepção !

Os movimentos não eram precisos o bastante e o drive fazia barulho demais.

Os controles eram muito dificeis.

Foi mais um grande balde de água fria no projeto e muito desanimo.

R$ 150,00, aproximadamente, para esse drive.

Electronics!

With all the internal body printed, but before making the external panels and triangles, I decided to give the printer and me a rest.

And then, I started thinking about the internal drive, which from the beginning of the project, I wanted it to be based on the hamnster system.

I made several drawings and tests, so I bought aluminum bars, motors, electronic circuits, etc.

For the omni wheels, I decided to print them and use parts of a rubber tube. This part was difficult to do, but at least I saved enough because these wheels are very expensive.

So, I got the first test with the drive, but I used the ball made of fiberglass, for such a test.

It was a great disappointment!

The movements were not precise enough and the drive made too much noise.

The controls were very difficult.

It was another big bucket of cold water on the project and very discouraging.

R$ 150,00, with this drive.
